Admissions Form

We are very pleased to annouce that the academy’s enrolment figure is constantly on the way up!  We are nearly full in all year groups now.

For all year groups except Nursery, you will need to apply through Oxfordshire County Council via the links below.

Nursery Classes
If you are applying for Nursery please complete the Admission Form indicating if you are applying for the 2 year old (Cherry Class) or 3/4 year old (Plum Class) Nursery.

Once in our 2 year old nursery, you will not need to reapply for 3/4 year old nursery and when the time comes, your child will automatically progress from Cherry to Plum Class.

We are able to offer both 15 and 30 hour funded places for children in Nursery from the age of 2 years old.  Our 15 hour funded hours are 8.45 am to 11.45 am or 12.15 pm to 3.15 pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.  Our 30 hour funded hours are: 8.45 am to 3.15 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8.45 am to 12.45 pm on Wednesdays, term time only.

Parents have the option for their child to attend from 12.45 pm to 3.15 pm on Wednesdays and the charge for this for Cherry Class is £22.50 per week and for Plum Class is £15.00 per week (current charges for 25-26 academic year).

If your child attends nursery for 30 hours, you have the option to book a school meal via the Arbor portal at a cost of £2.95 per day (25-26 academic year charges).

Reception Class
For those children who attend our Nursery, they must apply for a place in Reception through Oxfordshire County Council by completing the online form.  These applications are dealt with between November – January before children are due to start the Reception class. We cannot guarantee a place in the Reception class so we urge you to get applications in on time and always state the three schools you would like your child to attend in order of preference.
