Healthy Living breakfast

Continuing our work on healthy living and as it is healthy schools week, we learnt all about a healthy breakfast. After doing our mile a day run we came in for a yummy breakfast which was all healthy. We enjoyed cereals, fruit yoghurt and juice. We learnt that it is easy to make bland cereal more tasty by adding fruit which provides us with natural sugars rather than the less healthy alternative. It was a well deserved treat after lots and lots of running and it helped to kick start our day well so we were focused and full of energy.
