National School Sports Week

Ash class had a fantastic time participating in a sporting competition set up by year 5/6 in National School Sports Week. Their inspiration behind the day was the Olympics and Paralympics, it was fantastic to take part in activities for people that are not able bodied, including sitting volleyball and Botcha.

At the end, the year 5/6 children picked out those that displayed important sporting qualities. Here are pictures of Millie and Calob, who were noticed for the respect they were giving to others. They won't special sticker and wristband from the Youth Sports Trust.

Millie said 'I was really happy about winning a sticker and loved having a go at all of the activities'.
